My Journey & Passion for Health
My passion for helping people achieve their best has been a life-long one, woven through various aspects of health and fitness. It began back in 2010 when I started as a tennis coach. For over a decade, I found immense satisfaction in helping individuals not only improve their skills on the court but also discover the joy and confidence that comes with being active and mastering a game I love.
This experience naturally sparked an interest in the broader aspects of physical wellbeing, leading me to qualify as a personal trainer. Working closely with clients to build their fitness, strength, and self-assurance was incredibly rewarding. However, I increasingly saw that exercise was just one vital component of overall health, and I knew I could help people in even more profound ways.
My academic journey in nutrition began at Deakin University in Melbourne, where I completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science with Honours. While I found huge enjoyment in this degree, I saw a distinct path to help people achieve their health goals more comprehensively. This realization led me to Dietetics, and I subsequently completed my Masters of Dietetics. It was here that my passion for the multifaceted role of food and nutrition truly crystallized – from a genuine love for food itself, to understanding its critical role in our health, and discovering how I could empower people to achieve their health goals through nutrition.
Founding Will Jenkins Nutrition has allowed me to bring all of my experience and passions together, using this unique blend of skills to help others improve their health and live more vibrant lives through food and nutrition.

- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD): I hold a Masters of Dietetics from Deakin University. As an APD, I adhere to Dietitians Australia’s strict professional standards and code of conduct. This credential is the gold standard for dietetic professionals in Australia and is recognised by Medicare and private health funds.
- Accredited Sports Dietitian: I am also an Accredited Sports Dietitian, credentialed by Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA), reflecting specialised expertise in sports and performance nutrition.
- Exercise & Sports Science (Honours): My foundation in human movement includes a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (Honours), also from Deakin University.
- ISAK Level 1 Accredited Anthropometrist: I am qualified to perform precise skin fold measurements and body composition analysis according to the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) protocols.
- Experienced Personal Trainer: With many years of experience as a personal trainer, I have a practical understanding of fitness programming and helping clients build strength and confidence.
- Tennis Australia Junior Development Qualified Coach: My background also includes over a decade of tennis coaching experience.
